The nutritional analysis of spirulina reveals that it is rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins, Caretenoids, pigments , etc. Spirulina is been cultivated on large scale in open race way ponds or in lab with use of different growth chambers specially designed to provide control the physico-chemical parameters.
